If you don’t enable the App to collect your location information, then you will have to enter your pickup and drop-off locations manually.
Transaction Details Information: When you use our services, we’ll collect information including the details of your order, delivery information, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and payment methods.
Device Information: We collect information about users’ devices, IP address, operating system version, software, serial numbers, and mobile network information.
Usage Information: Alianza Taxi LLC receives automatic information about how you interact with our App. This data includes pages you viewed, your actions within the App, dates and times of visits, App crashes, and other system activity.
Calls or Texts: Drivers and Passengers can call or text each other. The information we receive includes the date and time of the call or text, both parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the text message.
